OBAMATRIX REDUCTIO. Well. The short answer is that he hasn’t been tested yet. Maybe that’s what Biden was talking about when he warned of dire international challenges early in the Obama administration.I looked around for old-fashioned, low-tech gif animations just to be fair in my comparison.
